**Customer Service Associate (with Italian)**
**Salary: up to £28,000 p.a. + Benefits**
**Location: Fulham, London**

**Main duties**:
To provide excellent customer service and administrative support.

**The Role**:

- To respond to customer enquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner
- To process orders accurately in the database
- To take customer payments and manage the returns and refund processes
- To complete necessary administration and keep the customer records up to date
- To provide support to the sales team where necessary
- To monitor stock levels and liaise with supply chain team accordingly
- To monitor customer feedback and provide suitable suggestions for improvement

**CANDIDATE'S PROFILE**
- **Previous experience in customer service - Essential**

**- Fluency in Italian (Written and Spoken) - Desirable**
- Proactive, confident and dynamic personality
- Excellent communication skills and a team player
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- IT literate with knowledge of Microsoft Office

**SALARY**
