About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Customer Service Associate to join our team at Guidepoint Global, LLC. As a Customer Service Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, responding to their inquiries, and resolving any issues that may arise.

You will work closely with our project managers to develop strategies for satisfying each client project request, utilizing your excellent communication and problem-solving skills to ensure seamless delivery of our services.

Responsibilities:
