Our client is dedicated to public service and providing consistently high standards to the community it serves. They are embarking on an exciting Pay & Reward project and are actively looking for an individual to support the team for an initial period of3 months.

Working closely with the Reward Lead, the role will involve the evaluation and analysis of jobs, ensuring the system is updated, maintained and accurate, producing reports and liaising with various levels of staff and managers.

To be successful in this role, you will ideally be experienced within a HR role & be familiar with updating and maintaining HR systems. You will have experience of managing multiple tasks across a wide remit and have the ability to prioritise tasks and queriesas they arise. Experience in delivering a high quality, customer focused approach together with excellent communication skills are essential as is the ability to build & maintain effective working relationships are essential.
