**About Our Client**:
Our client is a notable institution within the Not For Profit sector, boasting a significant number of staff and students. They are respected for their commitment to excellence in education and research.

The key responsibilities include:

- Manage and coordinate the scheduling of examinations and assessments.
- Ensure all examination and assessment materials are prepared accurately and in a timely manner.
- Liaise with academic staff to ensure the appropriate delivery of examinations.
- Handle student queries regarding examinations and assessments.
- Maintain accurate records of student performance and examination results.
- Assist with the training and management of invigilators.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of examination processes.
- Uphold the institution's policies and procedures related to examinations and assessments.

**The Successful Applicant**:
A successful Departmental Examinations Administrator should have:

- Excellent administrative skills, with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with academic staff and students.
- Good IT skills, with experience using Microsoft Office and database systems.
- The ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- A commitment to delivering a high-quality service to students and staff.
