**Job Overview**

You will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our commercial catering service. Your primary responsibilities will include handling customer enquiries and logging service requests.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Job Logging **:Accurately log and document service requests, ensuring all necessary information is recorded. Maintain a comprehensive database of service history and customer interactions.
- **Support Field Engineers**:Be first point of contact for service enginneers and assist in ensuring that their daily workload is organised.

**Skills / Experience**
- Proven experience in a customer service role
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to prioritise tasks and work efficiently under pressure
- Familiarity with commercial catering equipment (preferred but not required)

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £11.50 per hour

Expected hours: 20 per week

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Work Location: In person
