Customer Service Adviser

**Exciting opportunities available for someone who is passionate about providing an outstanding level of customer service to our vulnerable clients**

**We are looking to employ Customer Service Advisers on the various projects here at our vibrant contact centre in Caerphilly**

**New improved hourly rate of pay: £10.90**

**No prior contact centre experience required, we have an excellent training programme designed to support you. Once out of training we have a team of support professionals that are always happy to help.**

**We are looking for full time and part time staff to join our existing teams, advising clients via incoming telephone calls.**

**We will**:

- **Train you to talk to clients about their circumstances and help them get the support they need.**:

- **Offer you a competitive salary, pension scheme, Employee Assistance Programme and the chance to develop at the largest Citizens Advice Service in Wales and one of the largest in the UK**

**You will**:

- **Have a good standard of education with strong skills in numeracy and literacy.**:

- **Have experience in delivering excellent customer service.**:

- **Have excellent communication skills.**:

- **Have excellent data entry and IT skills.**

**Successful applicants must be available to attend an uninterrupted (Monday to Friday) office based mandatory training period.**

**These roles will be entirely office based during probation, with the possibility of hybrid working once confirmed in post.**
