We are looking to appoint Consumer Service Advisers for our Contact Centre in Caerphilly, you will be dealing with customers who have a range of problems with goods and services.

We will:

- Provide full training on the laws and regulations within the consumer sector, along with the client support processes we have in place.
- Train you to talk to clients about their circumstances and help them get the support they need.

**You will**:

- Have experience in delivering excellent customer service.
- Have excellent communication skills with an ability to deal sensitively with members of the public
- Have excellent data entry and IT skills.

**Successful applicants must be available to attend an uninterrupted 5 week (Monday to Friday) mandatory training period.**

**These roles will be entirely office based during probation, with the possibility of hybrid working once confirmed in post.**
