**Admin Assistant - Boutique Investment Firm**

**Temp to Perm**

A boutique investment firm, located near London Bridge, have an exciting opportunity for a detail oriented and highly organised Admin Assistant, to join asap on a temp to perm basis. In the role, you will be based on reception where you will take responsibility for all the front of house duties and provide support to the senior admin team taking on all their overflow admin support. This is a busy and fast paced role, so the successful Admin Assistant will thrive under pressure, enjoy using their initiative and taking on added responsibility. This an excellent opportunity for someone who is looking to join a great team and develop their skills for a fantastic global company.

**What you’ll do**:

- Provide an exceptional front of house service
- Admin support to the senior administrative assistants and other team members as required
- Process expenses
- Update and format documents
- Acting as the first point of contact for all visitors, building management
- Screening incoming calls and redirecting them
- Management of the office meeting rooms bookings
- Ensure the office stationery is stocked
- Ordering catering and preparing refreshments where necessary
- Organise and distribute post and couriers
- Manage routine health and safety checks

**What you’ll need**:

- 2 years minimum experience in either a reception or administration role
- Experience working in financial or professional services desired
- Good knowledge of MS Office
- Excellent organisational skills and interpersonal skills
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- A can-do attitude
- Service-oriented and self-motivated
- Experience with Salesforce is desirable
