Role:

- Responsible for accounts/finance in conjunction with the external accountancy firm. This includes payroll, invoicing, VAT, reporting, budgeting, forecasting, compliance, returns and ensuring the company hits relevant deadlines.

Operations include running both offices, systems/process, fleet, best practice, supplier relationships, partner relationships etc

HR includes compliance, recruitment, (external) training/development, supporting other leaders in the business around best practices etc.

Experience in a similar role in a growing SME

Happy to be office based most of the time

Has worked within professional services

Strong planning and organising skills
