**Salary: Up to £26,000 FTE**

Involve Kent is an innovative and progressive charity committed to improving the wellbeing of Young People and their families.

Links will provide opportunities for young people aged 16 - 19 who are experiencing poor mental health, anxiety, depression, or emotional wellbeing issues to ‘link up’ with each other and access activities, build their social network and achieve their personal and social development goals.

Your role will be to co-produce a needs-led program of enjoyable and supportive activities and events with young people and their families while building a network of community resources, working to maximise and sustain engagement and achieve contractual outcomes. A JNC Level 3 Youth Work qualification is desired but not essential. Applications from those with lived experience with young people with mental health conditions are welcomed.

You must have excellent communication, organisational skills and have a fun, can-do attitude with the ability shape a project in an inclusive and responsive way.

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 21.5 per week

**Salary**: Up to £26,000.00 per year

- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

- Maidstone, Kent: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Licence/Certification:

- UK Driving License (required)

Willingness to travel:

- 100% (required)
