Business Administrator Co-ordinator

Zenith People are looking to recruit a highly motivated and ambitious Business Administration Co-ordinator to join their client’s Business Development team. The postholder will be responsible for supporting the departments tutors and leading on the administration for Adult Education Budget funded courses. This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate, organised, and driven individual who has experience working in FE/Training and can bring a fresh and innovative approach to working in a growing department.
The post holder will actively engage with tutors, internal compliance teams, Internal verifiers and partners, supporting the Business Development team to deliver a high-quality training service.
- Work closely with the Business Development Manager to develop and roll out new programmes for the department, including researching emerging trends within the market.
- Assist the Business Development Director with financial data relating to learner recruitment.
- To prepare course outlines and to contribute to accreditation and moderation activities.
- To ensure that necessary assessment/accreditation requirements are met.
- Support Business Development Manager with tutor timetables.
- Responsible for Quality checking funding documentation
- Co-ordinate online learning platform.
- Manage and update learner database.
- Lead on learner destination tracking.
- Work closely with internal compliance and quality teams.
- Attend enrolment sessions and recruitment events with the BDM
- Build and develop relationships with external partners for learner referrals.
- Carry out administrative duties to support the Business Development Team.
- Any other duties commensurate with the grade and status of the post.
Salary £25k pa pro rata
**Job Type**: Temporary contract
Pay: £25,000.00 per year
