Accounts Assistant/office Administrator

Aril Group are looking for a passionate and energetic individual to join a rapidly growing Maintenance company based in Manchester
Description
The main responsibilities and duties for this position include:
- Responsible for Invoicing clients using our in house set price system
- Reconcile payments recieved to the company
- Answering any account queries clients may have
- Being the first point of contact for administrative support for the company
- Answering the telephone in a polite, friendly and professional manner
- Meeting and greeting clients and visitors on their arrival (when needed)
- Responsible for incoming and outgoing mail
- Responsible for incoming and outgoing post
- Co-ordinating on the road engineers as required
- Diary management for engineers as required
- Providing administrative support as required to the wider teams
- Reporting to the Operations Manager
To be considered for this position, you will have/be:
- Previous experience within a similar role (not specific to property maintenance)
- Knowledgeable on Microsoft systems, Accounting software such as Xero or equivalent (Training can be offered on current software we use)
- Good communication skills
