Accounts Administrator

CTR Site Services Ltd. Are currently seeking a part time Accounts Administrator to join a reputable company. The role will include preparation of the company invoice system and reporting to the Accounts Management team with reports and invoice schedules and preparing payment runs.
The role will be based at our Head Office in Salford, Manchester where full training will also be given but please see below further itemised list of roles and requirements
- Work alongside Accounts Manager in payable and accounts receivable processes
- Process invoices, payments, and expense reports
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records
- Assist with payroll processing
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate financial transactions
- Provide support for audits and financial reviews
**Experience**:
- Proven experience as an Account Administrator or similar role desirable
- Knowledge of accounts payable processes and procedures desirable
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with internal teams
Prior experience within an Accounts Administrative role or similar is desirable but not essential.
The role will be based at our Head Office in Salford, Manchester where full training will also be given.

**Salary**: £9.70-£12.00 per hour
