Position Overview:
We are seeking a meticulous and dedicated Finance Administrator to join our team. This crucial role will oversee financial operations, manage accounting tasks, and contribute to maintaining the financial integrity of our agency's operations within the healthcare sector.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day financial transactions, including accounts payable/receivable and invoicing.
Ensure accurate payroll processing for healthcare staff placed in care homes.
Collaborate with the finance team to prepare financial reports, budgets, and forecasts
Assist in streamlining financial procedures and implementing best practices.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Previous experience in finance administration preferable
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

**Salary**: £20,000.00-£25,999.80 per year
