**Fixed Term or Secondment Opportunity - Band 5 Admin Team Lead for HWLH ATS**

We are looking for an enthusiastic and dynamic person with excellent communication and organisation skills to lead the High Weald Lewes and Havens Assessment and Treatment Administration Team. This Fixed Term or secondment will be on a roughly 9 to 11 month basis.

You would be a key part of our diverse multi-disciplinary Leadership team, helping us to maintain high standards of care and helping us to design and implement service improvements that will give our patients the best possible experience of our service and the most positive outcomes.

We have two bases, in Uckfield and Newhaven, situated close to Ashdown Forest and the beautiful countryside of the South Downs National Park with easy access to London and Brighton and close to the coast - A great location for walking, cycling and water sports.

In this role you will be responsible for the day to day running and organisation of the admin service and team, the line management of the Band 4 Administrators and supporting the Service Manager and Team Leads in developing the service. You will be supported by the Service Manager and will work closely with the Team Leads who are based at two sites, Millwood, Uckfield and Hill Rise, Newhaven.
