The Associate EQMS Specialist is responsible for providing day to day administration and user support for the electronic quality systems (DMS, LMS) managed by the EQMS team for all users globally, to ensure compliance with all International Regulations, Legislation and Guidance for Quality systems, Document management and Learning management.

Key Responsibilities
- Administration of the electronic Document Management system (DMS) and Learning Management System(LMS) supporting users in the use of the systems
- Document change request approval, format review and release
- Training course set up and assignment
- User management
- Testing and verification for enhancements and upgrades
- Provide daily support to users of the electronic document and learning management systems to ensure compliance with statutory regulations, legislation and guidance
- Password management
- Resolution of common issues with the processing of documents/training
- Works closely with other Functional Areas to ensure that the services provided by the EQMS Team are delivered in a timely and compliant manner

Education

Minimum
- GSCE Level (min Grade 4)

Experience

Minimum
- Basic level in Microsoft software packages (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Preferred
- Previous experience working in Pharma
- Awareness of the principles of GxP

Knowledge and Skills
- Knowledge of document management principles and best practice
- Knowledge of the principles for Quality Management & Computerised systems
- Ability to communicate (oral & written) with people at all levels in the Organisation
- A good team player with the ability to work alone with minimum supervision
- Good attention to detail and problem-solving skills
