Job Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP) process to ensure successful product launches.
Guide customers through the APQP process for both business products and processes, fostering strong collaborative relationships.
Contribute actively to the senior quality leadership team, providing insights and support for strategic initiatives.
Play a key role in driving the organization towards achieving Zero Defect and World Class quality standards.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify areas for continuous improvement in quality processes and procedures.
Implement best practices to enhance overall product and process quality.
Ensure adherence to ISO 9001 standards, maintaining a high level of quality compliance across the organization.
Utilize expertise in AS9145 and AS13100 standards to enhance product and process quality.
Collaborate with the customer to understand their quality expectations and ensure that these are met or exceeded.
Address customer concerns promptly and implement corrective actions to enhance customer satisfaction.Qualifications & Experience:

Degree or equivalent in an Engineering or Scientific discipline, providing a strong foundation for understanding quality processes.
Good knowledge of ISO 9001 standards, with the ability to implement and maintain quality management systems.
Proven experience in Project Management, demonstrating the ability to lead and execute quality projects effectively.
Familiarity with aerospace industry standards, specifically AS9145 and AS13100, ensuring compliance and continuous improvement.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and guide cross-functional teams towards achieving quality objectives.
