Appeals and Direct Marketing Fundraiser

St Helena is looking for an appeals & direct marketing fundraiser. This is a key role within our Fundraising team with tasks including:

- Working with the Public Fundraising Manger to plan, develop and deliver innovative and impactful campaigns across a range of channels including donor development, supporter acquisition and prize led fundraising activities.
- Provide an outstanding supporter experience to ensure that every supporter feels valued and understands the impact their gift has made to patients and loved ones
- Deliver a portfolio of creative and inspiring acquisition and retention initiatives that hold the supporter at the heart.
- To maximise retention of existing supporters and grow the long-term value of the supporter base
- To maximise the effective use of insight, data and knowledge in building and maintaining long-term relationships with supporters and engaging new supporters to St Helena.

Proactively build excellent relationships with clinical staff, helping to inform supporter communications and asks throughout the year.
