**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute innovative marketing strategies to enhance the visibility and reputation of Headway Essex.
- Create engaging content for promotional materials, including brochures, newsletters, social media posts and website updates.
- Collaborate with the senior staff team to ensure consistent messaging and branding across all communication channels.
- Utilise a variety of media channels, both online and offline, to effectively reach target audiences and promote Headway Essex’s services and events.
- Monitor and analyse the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, making data-driven recommendations for improvement.
- Support fundraising initiatives by developing compelling campaigns and materials to attract donors and sponsors.
- Act as a brand ambassador, representing Headway Essex at events and networking opportunities.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in marketing and communications, incorporating new ideas into Headway Essex’s strategies.

**Requirements**:

- Marketing Degree or a related field
- A strong passion for promoting the well-being of adults living with acquired brain injury
- Proven experience in marketing and communications, preferably within the charity sector
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to create compelling content for various media channels
- Proficiency in utilising social media planforms, content management systems and other digital marketing tools
- Strong organisational and project management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for detail
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team, as well as independently
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Hold a valid driving licence and be prepared to use your own vehicle for business use.

**Benefits**:

- Pro-rata Salary dependent on experience
- 28 days holiday per annum, (including bank holidays)

- Occupational Sick Pay (after the probation period)
