Vacancy for Marketing and Communications Manager at Digital Preservation Coalition

We are seeking a skilled Marketing and Communications Manager to join our team at the Digital Preservation Coalition, a leading organization in the field of digital preservation.

This is an exciting opportunity to work with a professional and driven Communications and Engagement team to manage, deliver, and evaluate effective integrated marketing campaigns and multi-channel communications.

As a critical part of our team, you will have joint responsibility for the Communications and Engagement team, working closely with our teams to:

  • Develop and implement strategic marketing plans to promote our services and enhance our brand reputation.

  • Conduct market research and analysis to inform our marketing strategies and improve our brand presence in the digital preservation industry.

  • Design and implement effective communication plans to engage with internal and external stakeholders, including service guidance, updates, and progress reports.

  • Develop and maintain a digital presence that showcases our expertise and services, adhering to current best-practice communication techniques, channels, and devices, accessibility, and GDPR legislation.

  • Collaborate with partner organizations and external stakeholders to create strategies that enhance our brand and reputation through PR and thought-leadership initiatives.

  • Develop and implement CRM strategies to facilitate customer retention, acquisition, and campaign management.

  • Work closely with our data access, training, and collections development teams to develop innovative strategies and campaigns to support their efforts.
