**This job role will be fundraising on behalf of the organisation to help bring these things into fruiton Our commission structure is performance-based, where increased effort directly correlates with higher income potential.**

**Daily roles;**

**Our daily responsibilities include undertaking outreach initiatives in diverse towns and cities to conduct fundraising activities, soliciting public contributions to address prevalent social issues affecting the youth. Our primary objective is to approach these interactions with a high level of professionalism, consistently demonstrating respect and kindness towards members of the public. This aligns with our commitment to actively contribute to the resolution of ongoing challenges faced by the youth.**

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to achieve company goals**:

- Manage and lead a team of sales representatives**:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with genreal public**:

- Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management**:

- Stay up-to-date with trends and developments**

**Requirements**:

- Maintains a professional and respectful demeanor when engaging with the public and management, demonstrating positive communication and aligning with organizational values.**
**- Clear communication with internal teams**:

- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team**:

- Excellent communication and presentation skills**:

**Salary**
- **Commision pay only**:

- **Demonstrating exceptional skills can significantly boost your monthly earnings, ranging from £2,000 to £10,000 for full-time positions.**
