**SEN Teaching Assitant**

As an LSA supporting SEN you would work closely to support children to remove barriers that they might face that can inhibit them from reaching their full learning potential.Working with children with SEN can be an extremely rewarding experience but requirespatience, resilience, adaptability and most importantly understanding.

Protocol Education are looking to recruit LSAs with experience of supporting children with various Special Education Needs. These needs might include, but not be limited to: - Autism, ADHD, Dyslexia, Behavioural needs, Hearing and Visually Impairment andPhysical disabilities.

If you have experience working with SEN, we would love to hear from you.

**Applicants must have**:
Experience working with children with SEN

Be eligibly to work in the UK

Be able to provide 2 references from the past 3 years employment
