**About the role**:
Our Functional Support Team plays a vital role in supporting our Managing Director, the Logistics Senior Leadership Team, and the broader Logistics employee group. We are looking for a dedicated Functional Support Manager to join our team. As a Functional Support Manager you will be accountable for delivering efficient, confidential administrative support to our Managing Director and Senior Leadership Team. Your role will encompass a diverse range of responsibilities. We provide a dynamic and inclusive work environment that encourages growth, development, and innovation. You'll have the opportunity to work hybrid at our Hatfield Head Office, at least 3 days per week and remotely 2 days, providing flexibility and work-life balance.

**You will be**:

- Driving Efficiency: Challenge and support the Leadership team to work more effectively and efficiently together, ensuring alignment and optimal meeting cadence.
- Meeting Management: Lead effective, productive meetings, collaborate to create agendas, and recommend the right meeting approach. Take minutes, lead presentations, and follow up on action points.
- Diary Management: Coordinate multiple Senior Leadership diaries, including booking and facilitating meetings, and ensuring high levels of preparedness.
- Travel and Visits: Manage travel arrangements, including accommodation, and plan and execute site/office visits.
- Engagement Activities: Create, organise, and deliver function-level engagement activities, events, and celebrations.
- Expenses and Invoicing: Ensure accurate completion of expenses and invoicing, as well as company credit card spend management.
- Project Contributions: Contribute to projects and support key functional deliverables.
- Ad-Hoc Support: Efficiently respond to ad-hoc support requests and resolve business issues.

- Highly Organised: Expert in time management for complex schedules and tasks.
- Prioritisation: Proven experience in fast-paced environments, adept at prioritising tasks.
