**What will you be doing?**

As a Customer Onboarding Administrative Assistant, your duties and responsibilities will be (but not limited to):

- To support delivery of the first steps in the End Point Assessment customer journey for NOCN Group’s EPA clients.
- Be the first point of contact for all initial EPA documentation; ensuring all policies and procedures are provided to the client.
- Assist and monitor the efficacy of the centre recognition and additional product process and make changes where issues are identified.

**About you...**
- Minimum Level 2 qualification in English and Numeracy.
- Customer service experience.
- Experience in an office environment in an admin role.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills including good
- grammar, punctuation and spelling.
- Good IT skills including the ability to use the Microsoft Office suite.

Other desirable, but not essential, criteria includes:

- Experience of working with diverse stakeholders including training providers and employers.
- Working in a quality assurance role with experience of regulation in awarding or assessment organisation environment.
- Experience of working with multiple teams.
- Quality assurance processes and practices.
- Regulatory issues in educational/training/skills development.
- Developing and maintaining Awarding and Assessing Organisation standards.
