Mortgage and Office Administrator

Proving support to the mortgage broker.
- Working closely with brokers to ensure cases are fully compliant.
- Produce quotations for new and existing insurance policies.
- Liaising and communicating with lenders on regular basis.
- Working with external stake holders i.e. solicitors and Estate agents
- General administration duties
- **Help promote companies’ social media profile and output**
- Draft, format, and print relevant documents.
- Maintains stock lists and order office supplies as needed
- Assist in purchase orders and invoicing
- Manage outgoing post and record data on special deliveries
- Photocopy and scan appropriate documents as needed
- Attend workshops and conferences when requested
- Make sure office plants are watered and cared for

Hours are quite flexible - can work around school day, and can work around rush hour horror.

**MUST be near Headington. Traffic in Oxford is a huge issue and the reason we are looking for a new member of the team. The previous person in the role cannot cope with the commute from Thame anymore I think it is helpful to be honest up front.**

**Requirements/Qualifications**
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written**.**:

- Good organisational skills and ability to work with sensitive and confidential material
- **Good Maths**

**Job Types**: Part-time, Full-time

**Salary**: £23,000.00-£30,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 16 - 35 per week
