Deputy Industrial Relations Officer

Would you like to work in a diverse role that has a huge impact on the Isle of Man's industrial relations climate? Applications are invited for the position of Deputy Industrial Relations Officer (DIRO).
Working within Manx Industrial Relations Service, the post holder will work to maintain stable industrial relations within the Isle of Man by offering impartial advice to employers, employees, trade unions, as well as providing conciliation in individual and collective complaints of alleged breaches of employment legislation.
The DIRO will deal with a wide range of industrial relations matters and good employment practice.
