We are dreaming big and you will be integral to helping us realise our dreams.

**The role**:
You will be a key member of the team that will ultimately be responsible for fulfilling both wholesale and retail orders to ensure they are accurately packed and distributed in a timely manner. Your tasks will include maintaining stock levels, overseeing deliveries then unloading and safely storing the products and materials ensuring stock rotation is completed to minimise waste.** **Light admin duties will be completed on an ad hoc basis.

As well as daily completion of your tasks, you’ll help us thrive by being prepared to turn your hand to all aspects of the business when necessary, building team and customer relationships along the way and sharing the spirit of our brand.

This is a part time role ideally Monday - Wednesday but we can be flexible. The shift timings will be 10.30am-2.30pm with the possibility to increase the hours to cover team holidays and/or busy periods.

**What your days could look like**:

- You’ll ensure the timely, well-presented and cost-efficient delivery of customer and wholesale orders. This will involve daily movement and lifting of stock.
- You’ll communicate effectively to deliver excellent customer service.
- You’ll assist in stock control by forecasting stock requirements and cost-effective procurement, maintaining stock levels and ensuring all items are fit for purpose and efficiently rotated.
- Carrying out team administrative tasks as required.
- You’ll follow operating procedures to ensure high standards.
- You’ll develop effective relationships with team members, customers and third parties.

**Job skills & requirements**:

- Ability to unpack supplier deliveries along with the movement of stock from one location to another.
- Excellent organisation and timekeeping skills in order to work efficiently and accurately.
- A friendly manner and strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and care is essential.
- Confidence to work independently as well as being a team player.
- Proactive and self-motivated to work in a fast-paced environment.
- A working knowledge of computer systems.
- Driving licence and own vehicle.
