As our Donor Stewardship Manager, you will be at the very heart of supporting our high-value fundraisers, leading a teamto underpin our most important relationship-management work.

Your contractual location will be our head office in Swindon, however there will be an opportunity to explore and agree hybrid working arrangements which strike the right balance for you and the Trust. The role will involve travel to our head office to meetwith stakeholders and to carry out work. What you'll be doing As Donor Stewardship Manger, you will lead on the delivery of a campaign-ready donor stewardship programme that encourages and inspires lifetime support of the National Trust, and acknowledges,recognises and reports on the transformational impact of philanthropy for the organisation. You'll oversee the delivery of the donor stewardship framework and ensure consistency of donor experience across our ‘Fundraising Family’, create innovative programmesand products to thank and steward donors (individuals, corporate partners, charitable trusts and foundations, statutory funders, legacy pledgers), and liaise with colleagues across the NT to coordinate all donor relations activity
You will work closely with all fundraising teams both centrally and regionally, with the Communications and Events teams, and with colleagues in our Gardens and Curatorial teams.

- Experience of leading a high-quality, creative donor stewardship programme, particularly for major donors -Experience of creating bespoke stewardship plans for high value donors -Experience of developing engaging and inspirational donor communications, bothfor large audiences and for individual donors -A understanding of donors motivations -The ability to lead and inspire a high-performing team -An inquisitive mind, creativity and a passion of creating a joyful donor experience
