Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Corporate Partnerships and Philanthropy Manager to join our team. As a key member of our fundraising department, you will be responsible for driving income through acquiring and managing relationships with corporate partners and major donors. Your primary objective will be to identify, build, and maintain strong partnerships that support our charitable objectives and contribute to the growth of our fundraising income.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive corporate partnerships strategy to achieve ambitious fundraising targets
  • Identify, research, and cultivate new corporate partners and major donors, building strong relationships and securing significant funding commitments
  • Manage and steward existing corporate partnerships, ensuring excellent communication, reporting, and recognition
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and deliver compelling proposals, presentations, and pitches to secure new partnerships and funding
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of corporate partnerships, making recommendations for improvement and growth
Requirements
  • Proven experience in corporate partnerships, fundraising, or a related field, with a strong track record of securing significant funding commitments
  • Excellent networking, relationship-building, and communication skills, with the ability to engage with corporate partners, major donors, and internal stakeholders
  • Strong research and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable approach to meet the needs of the role
  • Good understanding of fundraising law, compliance, and best practices
