Admin and Wages Clerk

Overview:
**Duties**:
1. **Processing Weekly Payroll**: You will be responsible for accurately processing payroll for multiple employess on a weekly basis. This includes calculating wages, overtime, bonuses, and deductions, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and company policies.
2. **Experience with Multiple Payrolls**: Utilizing your experience in handling multiple payrolls simultaneously, you will effectively manage deadlines, prioritize tasks, and maintain accuracy across all payroll processes.
- Perform admin duties such as data entry, uploading PODS
- Use computerised systems for managing information
- Answer and direct phone calls with professionalism and courtesy
- Assist with general administrative tasks as required
- Handle office correspondence and communications
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
**Skills**:
- Proficiency in Google Suite and QuickBooks
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Strong organisational abilities with attention to detail
- Data entry accuracy and speed
- Familiarity with clerical and administrative procedures
- Ability to type efficiently
Pay: £22,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
