Focused on developing clinically advanced surgical instruments and solutions, our client is passionate aboutimproving patient care in healthcare worldwide. **The role**
As a Territory Manager, you will be responsible for the direct sales and promotion of our client’s market leading EndoTherapy product portfolio across your territory. You will demonstrate medical equipment to clinical staff within hospitals, carry out meetingswith business managers and provide after-sales support to grow market share for the portfolio.
- Responsibilities include: _
- Developing a deep understanding of the product portfolio
- Providing training and commissioning within the clinical environment
- Growing market share for business and procurement managers for their portfolio
- Providing after-sales support and managing the sales territory
- Attending exhibitions, workshops, and educational meetings
- Delivering post-sales training and support for new and existing customers
- Managing sales prospects on the company’s customer database
**The requirements**
- You’ll have at least 12 months experience in a Territory Manager position, as well as_
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent is desirable
- 3+ years of experience as a Territory Manager with a track record of success
- Experience in a field sales role, ideally within the healthcare industry
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills
- Strong commercial acumen
- Highly organised and able to prioritise effectively
- Self-motivated, passionate, and enthusiastic
- Able to work within a successful team
- Clear and concise communication skills (written and verbal)
- Flexible and willing to travel across your territory
- This Territory Manager role is field based across Scotland. _
