Mpeople Recruitment have a fantastic new opportunity for a **Customer Service Administrator** to join a reputable manufacturer business based in **Chadderton, Oldham**.
- **Location**:Chadderton, Oldham (OL9)
- **Salary**: In the region of £24,000 - £27,000 dependent on experience
- **Hours**:8am - 5pm, Monday to Friday
**Duties would include but not be limited to**:
- Sales order processing
- Producing and sending out quotations for new & existing customers
- Updating customers on the progress of their order from time the order was made, through to them receiving the goods
- Liaising with the warehouse regarding manufacturing lead times and stock levels
- Check customer accounts and payment history
- Arranging transport to ensure appropriate delivery of goods, and liaise with Goods Outwards to manage delivery scheduling
**The required traits, skills, and background**:
- A minimum of 6 months experience within an office-based role is essential
- Experience within sales order processing is desirable due to the nature of the role
- Experience within a manufacturing, engineering or distribution company is also advantageous
- Good communication skills (written and verbal)
- Enthusiastic and a great work ethic
- Self-motivated
- A willingness and dedication to learn
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: £24,000.00-£27,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- No weekends
