**About the Opportunity**

The role will be responsible for
- Support JFS Management teams with the day-to-day requests of copies of employee training certificates & SQEP packs.
- Control and update Training System & Matrix’s.
- Liaise with coordinator regarding any SQEP requirement gaps for employees.
- Organise & deliver eLearning courses & H&S Tests.
- Help coordinator with ATD’s & appointments of all craft & staff personnel.
- Support Coordinator on daily tasks.
- General administrative duties for training team.

- Ability to complete multiple tasks simultaneously to meet strict deadlines.
- Excellent organisational skills.
- Ability to work well within a team.
- Ability to work with multiple and changing priorities in a highly complex high volume industrial environment.
