**Job description**

We are looking to recruit an enthusiastic and confident individual to join the team at our Contact Centre in Ipswich. You will be responsible for taking inbound calls, dealing with customer queries, booking requests, making outbound calls to notify customers of recalls, MOT due dates and following up on campaigns.

**Main Responsibilities will include**
- Proactively carry out various outbound tasks, including service reminders, vehicle health check re-inspections and customer satisfaction calls.
- Discuss and promote any additional upsells that are applicable, including service packages.
- Ensure all customer records are accurately inputted and maintained, observing GDPR guidelines.
- Deal with live chat and various online booking portals.

**Preferred skills**
- Keen to provide an exceptional service, with a positive and customer focused attitude.
- Confident communicator with an excellent telephone manner.
- Natural problem solver, able to work to a high level of accuracy.
- Computer literate.
- Works well independently (on calls) as well as part of a team to achieve department targets.

**Working hours**

We are open Monday to Friday between the hours of 8:00 - 18:00 and Saturdays 8:00 - 17:00. You will need to be flexible to work within these hours, plus approximately 1 in 4 Saturday’s on a rota basis. (42.5 hour working week)

**Basic Salary** £22,100 p.a. with an achievable performance bonus OTE £25,000 p.a.
