Customer Contact Executive

Are you looking for an opportunity to build upon your existing customer service skills?
We are looking for an articulate, customer orientated individual to join our busy service bookings team at Ransomes Europark.
Key Tasks & Responsibilities include; -- Create customer bookings for service and repairs whilst ensuring all customers’ requirements are understood, including any alternative transport needs.
- Proactively carry out various outbound tasks, including service reminders, vehicle health check re-inspections and customer satisfaction calls.
- Discuss and promote any additional upsells that are applicable, including service packages.
- Ensure all customer records are accurately inputted and maintained, observing GDPR guidelines.
- Provide an outstanding level of customer service at all times.
Our call centre is open Monday to Friday between the hours of 8:00 - 18:00 and Saturdays 8:00 - 17:00. You will need to be flexible to work within these hours plus approximately 1 in 4 Saturday’s on a rota basis.

Basic Pay £22,100 p/a with OTE of £24,500
