Current NHS - 2 Years Secondoment Non NHS - 2 years fixed term The Shared Care Record Business Change & Benefits Manager role is a key position within the team, and the post holder will have responsibility for leading the business change and benefits management for the HNY Shared Record Programme and health and care organisations in a variety of care settings that work with the programme. The role will be responsible for coordinating a programme of activities and resources in support of the programme portfolio, change activities, and in collaboration with Project Managers and organisations embedding new skills and ways of working to support realisation of core Shared Record benefits. Supporting the identification, quantification, analysis, planning, tracking and realisation of benefits within projects and advising key stakeholders on the activities/changes required to drive benefits. Articulating to partners and stakeholders the change and benefits strategy for the HNY Shared Record Programme.

Ultimately working to ensure the Shared Record is embedded into organisation BAU once projects complete and benefits can be realised.
