We here at Siamo Recruitment are working with a security specialist who are a market leader within their field, due to growth and company vision our client requires a driven Administrator to manage the relationship between site engineers and internal teams.

If you're a confident communicator with an ability to provide a positive customer experience this is the position for you.

This Administrator offers clear progression path, and although initially a contract for 6 months for the right talent this role will go permanent.

**This Administrator role holds the below responsibilities**:

- Obtain Engineers job records and accurately log on internal CRM
- Create jobs through CRM’s to allocate engineers to (called work orders)
- Creation of inspection reports
- Maintenance of cases and updating accordingly with progress made
- Cross referencing work completed with reports
- Multiple stakeholder engagement and working with other teams inside of Veritas
- Sending of customer invoices post site checks
- Checking contractors insurance documents match the required to attend sites
- Signing off and completing jobs once completed
- Previous exposure within an administrative or customer service role is essential
- Naturally a confident communicator with the ability to build secure relationships
- A progressive and professional mindset with the want to grow
- Previous experience with invoicing or customer queries would be advantageous
- Excellent Attention to detail
- Competent in Microsoft office and outlook
- Able to multitask and prioritise workload
- Full UK Driving License

**Job Types**: Full-time, Temporary contract

**Salary**: From £24,000.00 per year
