We are seeking a dynamic and compassionate Community Mental Health Support Worker to join our team. In this role, you will work with individuals in their homes to provide support, advice, and resources to help them manage their mental health and live fulfilling lives.

Working hours will be available between 8am and 8pm, Monday to Sunday. Applicants will be required to work one day every other weekend to fulfil commissioned care package requirements.

In return, we offer a guaranteed minimum of 37.5 contracted hours a week to full time applicants and guaranteed hours that will vary for part-time applicants depending on their contract, pension contributions, paid travel, fully paid induction, ongoing paid training as well as access to store discounts through the Blue Light Card.
