The role will report into the Head of T&D Operations & Technology and provide administrative, operational and program support to Talent & Development Directors.

Location of role is flexible, ideally UK based. This is an initial 3-month contract role, offering an exciting opportunity to shape a culture of lifelong learning globally.

**Your New Role**
- Supports the Talent & Development Directors with a range of responsibilities including, but not limited to arranging meetings, editing documents, assisting with presentations, and general administrative activities associated with the programme mgt
- Manage the organisation of project/workstream including developing meeting agendas, writing minutes, and distributing key documents to meeting attendees
- Assist with preparation, planning and report /documentation
- Coordinate the input of team members in the development of key reports, including monthly key stakeholder progress reports and ad hoc reports as required
- Organize monthly and quarterly review meetings if required, working with internal and external partners; coordinate logistics, scheduling and agenda, and technology
- General administrative assistance, which includes onboarding of project team resources, network access, security passes, etc. as required

**Essential Skills**
- Experience in project management / project coordination support
- Possess strong time management and prioritization skills
- Highly organised planning skills with a strong initiative and highly methodical, strategic and proactive approach, and an ability to multi-task and prioritise
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and demonstrated ability to develop a range of written correspondence and reports
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office software - must be able to confidently use Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
- High attention to detail
- Strong interpersonal skills and confidence to deal with employees at all levels

**Desirable Skills**
- Data analytics
- Experience of working in a complex global organisation
