**Job Summary**:
**Duties**:

- Maintain a filing system for important and confidential company documents
- Work with Team Members at remote sites to gather invoices/ receipts and information for book keeping purposes
- Assist with VAT returns
- Handle accounts payable tasks
- Utilize accounting software such as Xero, QuickBooks, Sage, etc.
- Perform general administrative tasks to support the office operations

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as an Office Administrator or similar role
- Proficiency in using accounting software like Xero, QuickBooks, Sage, etc.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload
