Total Construction NE Limited is looking for a Contract Administrator to join our team. This position will be responsible for managing the contract process between Total Construction NE Limited and our customers.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage all aspects of the contract process from proposal to purchase.
- Prepare and manage contracts with our customers.
- Answer customer questions and provide information on contract terms.
- Assist in the preparation and manage contracts with our customers.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
- Administration of contracts across the company
- Liaising with the head of operations and line managers
- Updating company spreadsheets and systems
- Invoicing and managing contract spreadsheets

**Required Skills**:

- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow through on assignments.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact with a diverse group of people from a variety of backgrounds and cultures.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team environment.
- Ability to prioritize work load in a fast-paced environment while maintaining focus and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
- Construction experience required

**Salary**: £22,000.00-£28,000.00 per year

- Durham: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Construction management software: 1 year (preferred)
- Purchasing: 1 year (preferred)
- Administrative: 3 years (preferred)
- Construction: 2 years (preferred)
