**Back Office Sales Person - TG Builders Merchants, Bridgnorth, Shropshire**

**Full time**

The Tudor Griffiths Group is a well-established group of companies engaged in the supply of building and construction materials. Committed to delivering excellent service and due to high volumes of business, our Builders Merchants Division are now seeking to recruit a highly motivated, sales driven individual to work from our Bridgnorth branch. It will be your job to support the sales team already in place but also to help generate new business.

**Key responsibilities**:

- Maintain and develop customer sales, being a point of contact for our valued customers
- Managing the correspondence between the sales reps and their clients

' Providing customer quotations on building materials
- Processing new sales leads

' Serving on the trade counter when required
- Answering incoming phone calls and dealing with them professionally and efficiently
- Excellent customer service skills
- The ability to work effectively as part of a busy team
- Good communication skills with both colleagues and customers
