- Friday: 08:30- 17:00 (37.5 hours per week)**

At Lookers VW Northallerton, we have a fantastic opportunity for a highly organised, enthusiastic individual to join our team as an Administrator, in order to not only support the day to day running of our operations department, but also provide an exceptional administrative experience.

Here at Lookers Northallerton, you will be reporting to our accomplished Dealership Accountant. This opportunity to learn from one of the best is not to be missed He will impart his knowledge and experience to you, allowing you to develop your skills and establish a strong career within the Automotive industry.

Our Administrators support the day to day running of our department with a high level of accuracy. They are knowledgeable and capable of working at pace while providing a first class level of service.

**Responsibilities**:

- Support the day to day running of our Sales department in providing high quality administrative support to our five on site Sales Executives
- You will look after the entire sales admin process which includes invoicing cars
- Supporting the Sales team (both Sales Managers and Sales Executives
- Support with additional adhoc admin tasks throughout the site and a touch of banking from time to time.

Qualifications:
Having previous experience of working in the automotive industry would be advantageous too
