Reporting to a CSC Team Manager, your role will be vital in supporting the Customer Service Centre to provide exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth running of administrative tasks.

You will need to prioritise your duties according to the needs of the team and service goals, ensuring efficiency and accuracy in all your work.

Other duties will include, but not be limited to:

- Communicate with and develop good working relationships with the public and colleagues.
- Deliver timely and efficient administrative support.
- Update and maintain relevant records appropriately and accurately.
- Follow procedures to respond to queries independently.
- Refer complex queries under guidance.
- Handle confidential and sensitive data carefully daily.

**About You**

You will have keen attention to detail, be comfortable working independently and be at ease in this fast-paced, agile environment with rapidly changing deadlines, workloads, and priorities.

A friendly and professional demeanour, along with excellent interpersonal skills will help you progress in our collaborative environment.

You will be able to demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills, communicating on several different levels with multiple stakeholders and adapting your style accordingly.
