Job Title: Customer Service Administrator

Contract: Permanent

Hours: Full time (37.5 hours), Monday to Friday

Location: Warwick, this role is office based

**Salary**: £22,000-24,000K per annum

**Duties include**:

- Administer all paperwork relating to customer accounts including finance documents and contracts
- Liaise with the wider team to help and provide support and resolve queries
- Maintain strong relationships with customers and staff across all levels of the business to deliver accurate reporting and maintain optimum levels of customer service

**Skills and experience required**:

- Previous Administration and Customer Service experience
- Excellent communication skills
- A proficient user of all Microsoft office packages
- Strong organisation and accuracy skills
- Ability to prioritise and multitask
