As Customer Service Advisor, you will be effectively handling inbound and outbound calls, ensuring 5* customer service throughout.
**Client Details**
A national and well-established Logistics and Automotive business based near the NEC in Birmingham.
**Description**
As Customer Service Advisor, you will be responsible for:
- Answer all incoming calls within 3 rings
- Be aware of customer requirements
- Co-ordinate the appropriate breakdown response and update driver
- Update driver with progress/instructions to resolve issues
- Contact the collection/delivery point to resolve issues raised by drivers as quickly and as cost effectively as possible
- Update Senior Customer Service Advisor of any customer issues or complaints
- Ensure full notes are entered into the system to provide a full audit trail of events
- Update records to log poor address data, review monthly and provide solutions to the management team for improvements
- Liaise with the Planning department, Senior Customer Service Advisor and Controller if jobs are aborted
- Update Supervisor/Controller of any driver issues or complaints
**Profile**
The successful Customer Service Advisor will have the following experience:
- Customer Service, Call Centre, or Planning/Scheduling experience
- Inbound and outbound customer service experience
- Competent using IT systems and Microsoft packages
- Live near Birmingham NEC
**Job Offer**
As Customer Service Advisor, you will be entitled to the following:
- Monday to Friday 8:00am -17:30pm
- Permanent Role
- Salary = £23,500
