**Role**

We are looking for an experienced recruitment coordinator interested in working in a dual coordinator and recruiter role.

**Responsibilities**
- Provide interview coordination support for the entire Talent Acquisition team, with a particular focus on senior hires
- Work on a small but important requisition load of junior to mid level roles
- Create deep talent pipelines for our open roles
- Manage the long and short lists with the teams, set up the interviews and manage all admin and logistics
- Help to implement new tools and and ways of working and suggest process improvements

**Who you are**
- Experience working as a talent acquisition coordinator, with an interest in moving into a dual coordination / full cycle recruiter role
- At least 1 years experience working in an in-house capacity, ideally for a fast paced technology company
- Data-driven with a strong mapping and research disposition
- A generalist who is flexible and pragmatic in their working styles
- Meticulous attention to detail along with an ability to work with high urgency
