Our flagship _Hippo Recaller_ tool **streamlines and automates proactive care processes** so that GP Practices can focus on prevention over cure. By shifting focus and using the right tools, practices can **improve health outcomes for patients and reduce their own workload**. Our tool is already in use with over 150,000 patients, and we're growing rapidly.

**Job Summary**:
We're looking for a **top-tier individual** to join our growing team at Hippo Labs doing important, impactful work in the healthcare technology space.

Our Head of Growth will work across the business and be responsible for the entire customer lifecycle - helping to **build a growth pipeline, convert leads to customers and work with new customers to deliver excellent experiences**. As an early stage start-up, we're looking for someone entrepreneurial who can take ownership - you'll likely need to wear multiple hats and develop your role as we move fast and grow.

The salary range for this role is £45,000 - 65,000 per annum WTE.

**What the Job Involves**:

- Build a **deep understanding of our product**, the GP Primary Care market and the **needs of practices / patients** that will help you in almost all aspects of your role
- You'll **work closely with our CEO (Sachin) and our CTO (Ali)** to build and grow the business
- Research and **build an understanding of the GP Primary Care market** to identify how we can best approach the market
- Work with our CEO to **build a Growth strategy**, develop relevant relationships and **generate sales leads**:

- **Convert leads into customers** and help with the onboarding process / regularly check-in with customers to ensure we're delivering great experiences
- **Collate feedback actively and passively** to understand how practices and patients use our products to help us build a roadmap and develop new features
- Constantly assess how we can be **better approaching the market**, how we should be **pricing our products** and how we can **promote rapid growth**:

- Think about **how to effectively utilise other best practices** for growth like social media presence, organic marketing strategies, attending conferences, targeted ads etc.
- Work on a **CRM within our Asana instance initially** with a view to moving to a purpose-built CRM in future
- Use **modern web tools and thoughtful processes** as we build up the function to ensure that we're efficient and effective
- Organise our projects and workflows through the use of **Asana, Gitlab, Notion and any other tools** you feel would add value
- We're looking for someone who can **eventually help us build a fully-fledged Growth team**:

- Help **define our vision and product strategy** to ensure we're building excellent tools that help patients and practices be more efficient and effective
- As a small and growing start-up, you may be involved in any/all aspects of what we do (assuming it's within your skillset) Although the bulk of your work should be within the description above, it's likely not exhaustive and we may adjust it from time to time._

**Who we're looking for**:

- You should be **naturally entrepreneurial and keen to take ownership** and work independently to help you succeed in our small team
- You'll need to be **thoughtful, organised** **and able to prioritise effectively** - there will be a lot going on and we can't miss anything important given the context we work in
- You'll need **excellent communication skills** to communicate with stakeholders of all types both internal and external
- You'll need to **be curious** and have **strong analytical skills** - there will be a lot of noise to sift through and you will have lots of different inputs to synthesise outcomes from
- You'll need to **think flexibly and be smart in the way you approach problems** - our intention is to move quickly and grow rapidly
- We're looking for someone who is **passionate about improving patients' lives** and love solving complex problems to make practices' work more efficient and effective
- (preferred) Ideally you'll have **some experience in the healthcare space** - if it's NHS primary care, then that's even better
- (preferred) If you have **experience working in a startup or building your own company**, that would be a bonus
