My client is seeking a full time, permanent head growth / head acquisition to lead an established team. You will come to the table with a wealth of skills and experience.
The following information provides an overview of the skills, qualities, and qualifications needed for this role.
Responsibilities to include:
Developing and executing the UK D2C acquisition strategyAgree pricing and promotional strategy Managing a team of experts across Paid Social, PPC. SEO, Affiliates, OfflineManage agencies and PR / TV / Brand marketing initiatives Partner with Product to unlock and optimise the whole acquisition funnelMake Paid Social an integral part of the acquisition mixOwn acquisition marketing stack, for example, Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Business Manager and other relevant platformsQualifications:
7-10 years' experience in a Marketing Acquisition or Performance Marketing role, gained within a scaled-up B2C/D2C environment, ideally subscriptionKnowledge of Shopify 2.0, Google Analytics and relevant marketing platforms like Google Ads, Search Console, SEMRush, Meta, AWIN or similarKnowledge and understanding what a best in class-subscription model looks like Budget management experience of sizable budgets spread across multiple markets, products and channelsYou'll need to be a car driver as they're not located really close to a train station - they work 2 per days in the office per week#J-18808-Ljbffr
