**As an experienced HR Lead you will manage a small team to support colleagues as part of a key project providing support and guidance, handling investigations and grievances.**

**As the HR Lead you will oversee and manage a key project.**
**This is a hybrid Human Resources role based from our modern, newly refurbished office in Stoke of Trent.**

***
**This is a fixed term contract position and you will receive a retention bonus on completion of 14 weeks service.**

**Key Responsibilities**

***

***:

- **Manage a team of 2 advisors to ensure a professional and timely service**
***:

- **Maintain a full understanding of the project requirements**
***:

- **Ensure performance is reviewed and provide regular updated with the HR Director**
***:

- **Support the wider HR team to minimise business risk**:

- **Communicate complex or sensitive information in a professional manner**:

- **Build strong stakeholder relationships**
***:

- **Manage weekly meetings to review performance and progress of cases**
***:

- **Support the project lead to deliver accurate reporting**
***

***

**Professional and personal competencies/qualifications**

***

***:

- **A confident HR professional with solid experience handling a high volume of cases**
***:

- **Experience leading a small team**
***:

- **CIPD, part qualified or equivalent experience**
***:

- **Strong knowledge and experience undertaking grievances and investigations**
***:

- **Sound knowledge and understanding of employment legislation and employment issues**
***:

- **Experience in a high-volume head count, multi-site business**
***:

- **Knowledge or experience dealing with Unions**
***:

- **Adaptable with the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment**:

- **You will have excellent communications skills, the ability to influence and drive decision making**
